Line Supervisor (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Establishment of Time Standards to all Products / Processes.
- Identifying the potential areas for improvement.
- Updating the Time Standards after improvement or modifications.
- Reducing line imbalance by balancing the line.
- Suggesting ergonomically improved working conditions.
- Capacity Calculations.
- Design, develop & implementing Incentive system to motivate employees.
- Plant Layout for new product / process.
- Plant Layout redesign for improvement.
- Providing material handling facilities to improve Productivity, Quality & reduce / eliminate NVA activities.
- Estimating Std. Time for New Product.
- Conduct method study for new process/product/method/material.
- Low cost automation.
- Lead time and inventory reduction by process line balancing, process flow change and material flow control.
- Responsible for kaizen validation & 5's implementation.
Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
