LLC Purchasing Manager - OPEX & CAPEX (12-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Understands and implements company policies, vision, goals and overall strategy.
- Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
- Ensure reporting of key functional metrics to the LCC Purchasing Director.
- Provide management with market dynamics information.
- Develop a large and high-performance supply base in India to support global supply needs.
- Ensures that the Sourcing Process and all Purchasing-related processes are followed by his team.
- Defines and manages team's Opex and Capex.
- Management Experience is a must.
- Candidate should have solid judgement along with decision-making skills
- Candidate should have supervisory and management experience.
- Candidate should have advanced communication and negotiation skills.
