Logistic Manager - Warehouse Operations (5-8 yrs)
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Develop and own a roadmap of initiatives to increase delivery partners
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumer
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and industry standards.
Requirement : Applicants should have vendor network who will be able to deliver gift/rewards items like mixer grinder, watch, power bank etc to clients/channel partner in various cities.
