Role : Logistic Optimization Manager

Total Experience : 2-5 years

Location : Vadodara

Shift : Rotational

Job Type : Full time/ Part-time

Reporting to : Head of Operations in Vadodara, Logistic Optimization Managers - Optimizers - functional

Responsibilities Include :

- Maximizing partner fleet yield by assisting them with supply management to ensure

- Completing as many of their bookings as possible

- Return as few bookings as possible

- Cancel as few bookings as possible

- Maximizing the utilization of available supply by

- Reallocating bookings which are likely to be cancelled/returned to fleets with available supply

- Proactively marketing bookings to fleets with available supply

- Dispatching bookings to closest fleets and drivers

- Building strong relationships with fleet owners, their management team and staff

- Performance managing partner fleets to ensure that they meet agreed service levels

More specifically we are looking for someone who can look beyond the status quo and take Logistic Management to the next level by :

- Proactively identifying ways, processes and procedures to maximize supply utilization

- Using data and technology to proactively

- Improve fleet yield

- Identify and help the fleets solve utilization problems, considering supply and demand constraints

- Using first class written and verbal skills

What you'll Need :

- A strong command of written and verbal English with a customer centric disposition

- Good computer literacy and strong numeracy

- A can-do attitude with problem solving skills and the ability to work independently

- To be highly organized, process orientated with keen attention to detail and

- To be very proactive with the ability to multitask in a fast past and dynamic environment

- To be a good team player and communicator, upbeat and have lots of personality

- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in either operations, customer service or commerce

While not essential, the following is an advantage :

- Being university educated

- Having strong numeracy skill

- A flair for trading/ business

- Strong Excel knowledge
