Logistics Manager (5-7 yrs)
Job Description.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with Transporters (small and Large - Tempo to Trailer)
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Work on excel or extract work from others on excel.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Proven working experience as a logistics manager/ In charge - Operations guy
2. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
3. Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
5. Candidate should be willing to travel across the City.
6. Must have own bike.
7. Must be well versed with at least 3 languages (English, Hindi and Telugu)
8. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
9. Strong personality and capable of getting work done.
