Logistics Planning Manager - Warehouse Operations/Transport Management (8-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Being a champion in understanding the logistic process and requirements for each country in RAP
- Actively participating in tender management for warehouse and transport - new/extensions, challenging the status quo, provide required support in documentation
- Providing the wholistic cost structure on LO cost incl IC costs
- Supporting the needs of warehouse selection - requirement gathering, identifying gaps and working out a value stram mapping on - As-Is - and - To- Be- process
- Supporting the creation of Logistics plan for all the countries in RAP
- Chennai PRF warehouse - Costing, IT requirements and warehouse layout - supporting and value creator during project management meetings with external and internal stakeholders
- Be the owner for collobarating and project managing the IT requirements for RAP - BR collection, IT design agreeance, testing and production roll out with country support
- Solution provider for network and transport planning tool and roll out for all coutries in RAP with strong commitment from country Logistics
- Be the connector between region, IT and GSC in fulfilling country requirements
DS/LO team - Behaviour and Operational - Making the team independent and imparting the requirement of behavioural change needs
- LO competency improvement for regional and countries - Operational and IT skills
- Working with the team to be a - change agent- in creating value for the business
