Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Purchase
- Responsible for All Major contracts related with Linen/Kitchen/Glass
- Improve Overall deliverables quality & speed up process
- Identify & Execute methods of cost reduction on contract, material & process side
- Suggest SOP's for said categories to ensure proper vendor onboarding & execution is done
- Ensure timely Raw Material Procurement related with Civil & MEP works.
- Network with suppliers and manage relationships with contractors and vendors. Preferable Hotel Industry.
- Work on continuously improving systems, technology, communication practices.
- Knowledge of Contract Procurement & Management
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Office Microsoft project and other analytical tools
- Detail and performance oriented
