Mechanical/Mining Graduate from Reputed Institute/University

- Produce raw materials that will meet the chemical and physical consistency required by the plant. Understands related chemistry in kiln operation.

- Track cost and maintain costs in the quarry/crushing operation.

- Develop and maintain a safe and environmentally compliant operation with the assistance of the Safety and Environmental Representatives.

- Develop new operational methods to reduce costs and produce a more consistent feed to the plant.

- Interface with Corporate Mining staff as well as local QC staff to develop the short term and long - term mining plan. This will involve implementing short to intermediate sampling programs by the plant for blending purposes.

- Direct production to meet requirements for chemistry and tonnage of raw materials.

- Direct daily activities in drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, crushing (through the secondary) and conveying to the - A- frame storage to supply the 24/7-plant operation.

- Minimize overtime used, schedule vacations, etc.

- Track, enter and approve - e-time- for employees, supply daily information for Grafoper information system, maintain inventories, etc.

- Load and carry other raw materials delivered by ship or trucking to stockpiles and then feed back to the plant as required.

- Maintain the mobile equipment with assistance of mobile equipment maintenance personnel through coordination and scheduling.

- Maintain crushing and conveying equipment. This includes the primary gyratory, secondary impact, inclined screens and several conveyor belts.

- Maintain purchasing of regular materials for the operation and work with Procurement to purchase routine materials.

- Develop annual budget for the operation.

- Responsible for meeting all MSHA and local safety requirements as well as maintaining environmental issues at this sensitively located operation.

- Maintain the dewatering pumping system for the quarry.

- Be a Company Representative with the local community and interface with relevant stakeholders and other concerns.

- May be required to travel to sites or ready to post anywhere in India
