L&T Construction - Project Manager - Marine Structure (15-20 yrs)
Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience with excellent project execution skills to handle Marine Structure projects. Must have lead site operations including the financial aspects of the project on his own for at least 5 projects of different values.
- Extensive technical knowledge and construction experience in execution of Marine Structure projects involving
a) Jetties (Liquid Terminal, Coal Berth, Container Berth) comprising of BCIS Piles/ Steel Piles, Precast element, isolated structures like Mooring / Berthing Dolphin.
b) Seawater Structure with caisson Sinking, laying of subsea pipeline for outfall and constructed associated structures.
c) Breakwater gravity structures like block work quay wall, sea-water structures, and coastal structures.
d) Candidates with experience in Deep foundation (Piles or wells) supported bridges across water bodies can also apply.
- Should have extensive experience and skill to manage high-end equipment like Jack-up Barge, Crane Barge, Material Barge etc. to carry out the job.
- Wide experience in Safety awareness for handling high-end foundation equipment and super-structure equipment like launching girder.
- Should be able to evaluate costs for contracts.
- Monitor & manage project to targeted schedule, quality and financial parameters and take necessary proactive / corrective steps.
