Lupin - Manager - Operational Excellence - Blackbelt Certified (7-12 yrs)
1. BB certification from a reputed organization with minimum 15 to 20 days of class room training
2. Proven record of executing high-value projects
3. Must have engg in Chemical /Mechanical from a reputed college not less than NIT or equivalent
4. Should have worked in production for 3 to 5 years
5. Should have worked as OP EX leader for a site for 2 to 3 yrs
6. Must have worked with reputed large organizations
