L&W Construction - MEP Manager (9-15 yrs)
1. Lead the MEP aspects of projects from design through commissioning
2. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets specific to MEP works
3. In-depth technical knowledge in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) services, with proven expertise in design coordination, execution, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
4. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
5. Collaborate with the procurement team & design team to source MEP materials and services
6. Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for MEP systems during the planning phase
7. Evaluate and select vendor/workers, ensuring they meet project and quality requirements.
8. Supervise MEP installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
9. Coordinate between various MEP trades to avoid conflicts and optimize installation sequences.
10. Resolve technical issues promptly and ensure smooth project execution
11. Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
12. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
13. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
14. Prepare and submit detailed reports on MEP-related activities.
15. Facilitate coordination meetings with project teams and contractors
16. Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
17. Review and approve commissioning plans, procedures, and protocols.
18. Ensure all systems meet operational performance criteria, energy efficiency standards, and regulatory compliance.
19. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
