Machine Operator (0-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Operating, resetting & basic Programming .
- Drawing study.
- Quality instruments handling .
- Handling of precision tools.
- Maintaining of Machine as per check list.
- Keep machine & working area clean.
- The responsibilities will be to maintain quality, check quality, clamping the components and tool setting.
- Responsible to operate conventional machines like Lathe, HBM, Milling, Drilling, etc based on the job priority assigned by the superiors.
- Responsible for jobs tilting, loading on the machine and unloading from the machine by EOT crane.
- Responsible for setting the job on the machine w.r.t drawing dimensional tolerance.
- Responsible for maintaining the dimensional tolerances as per the relevant drawing in all the components.
- Responsible to complete the jobs in planned time.
- Responsible for safe use of all turning tools, milling cutters and measuring instruments etc.
- Responsible for keeping the work area, machines clean & organized.
Qualification : B.E/Diploma Mechanical
Experience : 0-3 yrs
