Work experience :
- Around 1 years to 3 Years of work experience as a operator with Liquid & Powder Packing & Filling Machines
- Should have experience with Agrochemical or Chemical or Pharma or FMCG industry
Details of Machines :
1. Solid Section Machines: VFFS Packing( Solid/Powder), Jet Mill(Solid).
2. Liquid Section Machine :
a) Formulation(Scada Based)
b) Packing Line with- 1. 8 nozzles Filling machine(PLC operating)
3. Auto capping and Plugging Machines( Servo motor)
4. Labelling Machine
5. Online Checkware
6. Inkjet printing machine.
KRAs :
- Manpower handling, tool box talk, to give operational training to contract worker & handling of worker as well Product Change over.
- Autonomous Maintenance,5S, Kaizen.
CTC : Rs. 2.20 lpa to Rs. 3.40 lpa
