Machine Operator - Extrusion (2-5 yrs)
- Operate the Extrusion Machine and its Function.
- Ensure the Machine Neat & Clean by following 5S and GMP.
- Allocate the task to the Helpers to clean the machine, monitor their task, utilize them properly.
- Checking and analyse the entire function of machine while handover by another operator at shift change.
- Monitor and ensure the process parameter of the machine as per standards.
- Utilize the Machine properly as per its capacity and Production plan.
- Maintain and fill up the Sheet Role report on hourly basis.
- Checking the Sheet Quality, Thickness time to time as per Quality Standard.
- Ensure all Sheet Roll must cover by Shrink Wrap.
- Achieve the Machine Target and Sheet target as per schedule assign.
- Maintain the Weight of Sheet Role as per RR1, RR2 and DIAMAT machine.
- Mention the all information like Sheet Role, Item Code, shift wise Manufacturing Date, Roll serial no. and Operator Name.
- Strictly follow the SOP's.
Qualifications And Education Requirements :
- ITI/Polytechnic
- 10th and 12th
Other Requirements :
- Experience in printing & Packaging preferable.
- Must Coordinate with Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager and Quality Manager
- Expert in Handling the Team of helpers.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Leadership Skills.
- Ready to work in All shift.
