Machine Operator - Maintenance Machine (2-6 yrs)
Job Description:
MACHINE OPERATORS: well versed with Automatic Machine and PLC integration controls operating on PC with relevant software knowledge.
1. Start and stop Wet press machine that automatically fills molds, vibrates molds to compact wet concrete, scrapes off excess concrete, and strips finished items from molds, / Operate Egg laying machine with feeder box, storage box and driver sheet / Shot blasted machine Operate the shot blast machine for enhancing tiles and interlocks surface finish effectively /
2. Determine machine adjustments and material requirements
3. Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction
4. Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance assuring product meets quality requirements
5. Perform routine machine maintenance
6. Assist other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product
7. Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
8. Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
