JOB DESCRIPTION-

Job Responsibility

- Mechanical Maintenance In charge for Concrete Blocks Plants (German machines),Ready Mix Concrete Plants & Petrol-Diesel Vehicles:

- Concrete Block Plant's, Interlocks & Kerb Stone Plant's, Ready Mix Concrete Batching Plant's, Sand Washing Plant's.

- Petrol & Diesel Vehicles: Cars, Pick Ups,Mini Buses, Buses, Six Wheel-Dump Trucks,Hand Rollers & Mini Rollers.

- Small Equipments: Plate Compactor's, Concrete Vibrator's, Asphalt Cutter's, Air Compressor's.

EXPERIENCE IN MACHINERIES:

Concrete Block Plants:

- Hess Blocks Plants: model - RH 1000 2VA,RH 1500 2VA,RH 2000 2VA,Hess-Egg

- Laying machine BF 80.

- Masa Block Plants: model R 9000,R 9000 XL,R 92 XL.

- Columbia Block Plant: model 1600 W.

- Kerb Stone Plants: model Masa hence & Forest Press Hydraulics.

- Ready Mix Concrete Batching Plants:

- Drum Mix Type, Skip System, Scraper System, Mobile Plant, Wet Mix Macadam.

- Batching Plant's model: Elba Batching Plant, Kifah Batching Plant, Ajax Batching Plant.

- Sand Washing Plant: Power Screen Plant.

- Reverse Osmosis Plant & Water treatment Plant.

Crusher Plants:

- Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Gyratory Cone Crusher, Pegson 1000 (Terex), Barmac 9100, Extec Crusher.

- Puzzlona machineries: Metso & Nawa.

- Cement Plants: Rotary kiln, Coal Mill, Raw Mill, cement mill (Ball Mill), VRM-LM, Belt Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor, Air separator, Oil Pump, Air Slides and Apron Feeders.

- Involved in Plants major shutdown activities and handled individual responsibilities of major jobs like raw mill, coal mill, vertical mill rollers replacement table and body liner replacement.
