Machine Operator - Production Management (0-1 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are hiring operator's.
- The position will involve the development of a component in the respective machines, proving out the part with the necessary functions.
- He has to handle the VMC operators under his division and focus on productivity.
- He has to prove out the component with the respective programming, tools, and fixture depending on the component.
- He has to monitor the VMC operators to function the same process which he had defined
- He need to run the machine with his programming drawing will be give by the Customer
- Urgent Requirement for CNC Operator
- Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
- Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
- Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
- Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
- Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.
- Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Provide timelines to clients.
Qualification : B.E/Diploma Mechanical
