Roles & Responsibilities :

- The General Manager of Warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of a warehouse facility.

- This role entails managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, team leadership, and process optimization.

- Responsibilities may involve developing and implementing warehouse procedures, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing a team of warehouse staff, and collaborating with other departments to meet operational goals.

- Additionally, the General Manager will focus on safety compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

- Oversee the challenges in warehouse operations, renovations and replacements to be made at the right.

- Adhered to industry best practices for warehousing, material handling and documentation.

- Tracking production and quality control systems to proactively identify deficiencies.

- Managed day to day operations of the warehouse, including freight and parcel shipment returns and transfers.

Required Skills :

- Any graduate or post graduate degree

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Good time management & people skills

- Ability to multitask

- Experience in warehouse and inventory management is preferred

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

- Good MS Office, mathematical and analytical skills
