Magicbricks.com - Assistant Manager - Administration (4-6 yrs)
Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri/ CST); Have to take care of our branches located in Western Line
Responsibilities:
General Administration - Handing Administration and facilities related work, H/K, Security, Maintenance, A/C, up keeping of offices, Printers etc
Office & Event support - Ensuring and managing all in-house and outdoor events timely delivery and setup, events coordination and office support.
Stationary & local purchases - Ensuring timely supply and stock of stationary, visiting cards and support in local procurement if any. Managing petty cash expenses.
MIS & billing - Maintaining TAT and SLA in Vendor billing process, Maintenance of Expense tracker for accountability of all the invoices received and processed.
Vendor Management - Vendor Development and empanelment Finalizing Vendor Agreements and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Travel - Willingness to travel within city and outside the city.
SAP- Hands on Experience in SAP
Required Skills :
- Strong communicator, Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
- Passion for quality. Need to have an eye for detail and make sure the best delivery of services
- Self-motivated; confident & energetic
- Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
- Flexible. Should be able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Strongly goal-oriented. able to focus on meeting all performance targets
