- Designation: Billing Engineer (Site)

- Job Location: Kon Village, MIDC Kalyan

- Required Experience: Min. 4 years in billing (Real estate experience)

- Educational Qualification: BE Civil Engineering

- Industry: Real Estate / Industrial

Responsibilities

- Prepare Billing, Estimation, BOQ, Costing, Tender documents and Contracting for various projects like building, infrastructure, etc.

- Assist in preparing project quantities and commercial documentation for tender processes and evaluations

- Assist and coordinate all Costing & Contracting functions with internal BOQ Team, Design team and On-site team

- Check and certify bills; verify quantities mentioned in bills - bills checking

- Compile Bill verification statement

- Keep track of independent contractor bills against work value

- Visit site and monitor the site work

- Verify Master Cost Plan; participate in Value Engineering process

Pre-requisites :

- Sound technical understanding of costing & tendering activities

- Computer Savvy should be proficient with Scheduling software

- Should be conversant with M.S. Project software

- Should be able to read & review technical drawings
