Job Description:

We seek a skilled and dedicated Maintenance AC Technician with experience in the food industry to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair AC machines and ensure they operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation: Install machines based on line orders and according to specific specifications.

- Customer Service: Act promptly on customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and equipment functionality.

- Routine Checks: Conduct routine checks and maintenance at customers' locations to ensure smooth operation.

- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs for all customer machines to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.

Administrative Duties:

- Submit detailed reports on the installation of new assets.

- Process and document customer complaint action reports.

- Submit comprehensive maintenance reports following customer service calls.

- Schedule and document preventive maintenance activities.

- Provide regular reports on all preventive maintenance performed.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance AC Technician, preferably in the food industry.

- Education: Technical Diploma in a relevant field.

Skills:

- Strong technical skills in AC installation and maintenance.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication skills to effectively handle customer complaints and provide detailed reports.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific requirements and standards of the food industry.
