Maintenance Engineer (7-16 yrs)
Responsibilities of Position:
- Responsible for smooth & safe running and functioning of all plant machines, infrastructure, and utilities
- Ensure resolution of breakdowns on a timely basis as per production plan/ requirement.
- Continuously sustain and improve machine condition thru TPM, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.
- Hands-On and Good experience to independently handling machines like CNCs, SPMs, High-Temperature Ovens, Cutting machines, Electronic test setupsetc.
- Similar hands-on & good exposure in Plant Utilities like Compressors (Air as well as an inert gas), DGs (including PNG), Air dryers, HT/ LT systems, UPS, ACs, High Capacity Air coolers etc.
- Good experience to identify and troubleshoot Mechanical/electrical aspects in machines, including mindset for long-term improvement
- Good exposure to upgrading old aging machines by in-house improvements as well as identification & finalization of new generation machines (thru Capex)
- Good exposure to PLC Programming, electronics., automation
- Should be able to lead the maintenance department independently
- Independently handle a team of operators/supervisors - both unionized as well as third-party rolls
- Good experience in QMS and EHS systems - IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Relationship Building with Stakeholders, confidence building.

Experience / Education Required :
Qualification: B.E> / B.Tech in (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Electronics)
Experience: 7-10 years experience in a Manufacturing Industry
