Position : Maintenance Engineer

Location : Uluberia (West Bengal)

Experience : 2 to 6 Years

Package : 5 lac

Qualification : BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)

Job Description of Maintenance Engineer

1. Understanding and have worked in SAP.

2. Understanding of Engineering Drawing is a must.

3. Must have Good understanding of overall functioning of Machinary

4. Planning and undertaking Preventive and scheduled maintenance. Will train the Maintenance as well as Process workers for the same.

5. Responding to breakdowns properly which including deployment of manpower, Co ordinating with store for spare to intimating Factory head as well as Concerned officer at HO

6. Making RCA for all important problems and implementing its findings.

7. Will supervise the Repair and Maintenance activity in plant or outside.

8. Will ensure proper followup for all AMC or outsourcing of maintenance activity.

9. Will Supervise Engineering and Technical staff. Will create a cohesion force for best outcome.

10. Ensuring proper approval for all the important work and will ensure the work is completed within the approved budget.

11. Maintaining Statistical and financial records for all the important work.

12. Will keep a tab on government compliances ensure health and safety .

13. Creating and maintaining SOPs for all the maintenance activity and time to time reviewing it.

14. Will develop vendors for indigenous supply of un interrupted supply of spares and will exercise inventory control.

15. Maintained the History card of each machine and will implement the finding of same in PM Schedule.

16. Maintaing the Breakdown details of all the machine.

17. Should have Good understanding of PLC and Automation.

18. He will keep close watch on all utility consumption and would be responsible for maintaining properly.

19. He should be ready to support the projects Across the Sintex.

20. Overall he should not involve with any activity that affects the harmony of Factory environment.
