- Break down calls
- Electrical maintenance
- HVAC maintenance (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC))
- Plumbing maintenance
- Track building upkeep as well as anticipated long and short term improvements and maintenance
- AMC
- Control activities like safety, fire safety, waste disposal, HK and first aid.
