Job Description:-
- Panning & execution of the Preventive Maintenance & Predictive maintenance (TBM & CBM) programs to Improve the reliability of equipment.
- Responding immediately on equipment breakdowns & Conduct daily Maintenance team meeting and closely monitor the Breakdowns, MTTR & MTBF.
- Quality and productivity improvement using Lean, Kaizens, OPL, TPM & Office Lean concepts, etc.
- Plan Multi-skilling and Training of operators on all Equipment's. To achieve multiskilling plan and ro-tate the man power.
- Propose new capex requirements for improvement in productivity, process, safety & subsequent in-volvement in execution & controls
- Ensure ISO/EOHS/TPM/GreenCo systems are prac-tised as per plan.
- Maintain Waste management & control area & do timely disposal of Company Hazardous & Non-Hazardous wastes.
- Should have hands on experience in Breakdown /Preventive/Predictive maintenance of machines or Utilities.
- Should have knowledge of Spare part planning.
- Should have preferable knowledge of CNC ma-chines & Utilities etc.
- Should have implemented ISO, EOHS & TPM in his work place. Experience in GreenCo initiatives it is preferred.
- Should have implemented Problem solving tools like RCA, PM analysis, Fishbone, etc.
- Should have implemented improvement tools like Kaizens, OPL, Poka yoke etc.
