1. Execute plans of electrical wiring for lighting, intercom, and other electrical equipment.
2. Install safety and distribution components like switches, resisters, Circuit breaker, electrical panels etc.
3. Ability to use electrical tools and hand tools like wire strippers, voltmeter, multi meters etc.
4. Repair or replace wiring, fixtures, equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
5. Experience of working in high voltage and high current electrical circuits, operating LT control panels
6. Performs routine electrical maintenance.
7. Operate All HVAC system and maintain log book.
8. Knowledge of HVAC, Chiller, cooling tower for operation and control points.
9. Use electrical and mechanical tools and hand tools like spanner, ring spanner, hammer, and screw driver set
10. All HVAC system documentation and filter cleaning record and preventive maintenance.
