Maintenance Head (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
(i) Full exposure to PV module manufacturing plant maintenance.
(ii) Downtime & Spare reduction
(iii) Spare part inventory management
(iv) Strong hand in KAIZN & indigenous development
(v) Vendor development & negotiation skill
(vi) Installation & Commissioning of New Machineries & equipment's
(vii) Team building & LTI control.
