Requirements :

1. Education and Work Experience

2. A degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.

3. Minimum of 12-15 years related job experience.

Skills and Competencies :

1. In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.

2. In-depth knowledge of mechanical maintenance in cement/ concrete plant.

Job Description :

- Experience in overseeing and managing the maintenance activities, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, PLC related to Overhead cranes, Heavy earthmovers, Boilers, Conveying systems, Moulds, Compressors, DG set etc

- Experience in trouble shooting and training the plant personnel to carry outpreventive/breakdown maintenance successfully

- Experience in site Maintenance, Planning, execution Operations and maintenance activities at project site

- Experience in managing maintenance master plan and scheduling in cooperation with the Production Manager and the Process Manager

- Experience in planning major maintenance shutdowns

- Experience in managing the necessary materials and services related to maintenance activities

- Experience in preparing, controlling and optimizing maintenance budgets and its actual costs-

- Experience in analysing root cause analyses of equipment failure

- Experience in safeguarding Human resources by adherence to Health & Safety regulations through HIRA, JSA, KYT and other Best Safety practices

- Experience in iIdentifying specific developmental needs and gaps of the maintenance staff

- Experience in TPM initiatives, implementation, analysing its impact & prepare its performance report, Outlining communication schemes to create awareness for TPM initiatives, educating the pillar lead on TPM excellence process, Managing audits for TPM initiatives
