Job description :
- Tasks Management Planning Resources, Monitor Service schedule, Arrange Monthly review meetings, ensure smooth flow of works, Ensure proper maintenance of equipment in efficient way
- Contracts Management Prepare AMC contracts plan yearly with Revenue projection and ensure ontime renewal service agreements
- Parts Management To have better control on Parts by preparing requirement plan, controlled consumption and monitoring of stock parts.
- Quality objective To ensure the quality of Service & Responses top class through proper monitoring of Service schedules and recommended preventive Maintenance with the assistance of TELC experts
- Safety objective To ensure Health and Safety of technician by monitoring, controlling and training them with initial safety induction, regular tool box talks.
- Customer Satisfaction Timely coordination with customer and timely response to keep the customer satisfied
- Technical Objective To oversee all technical matters and liaise with manufacturer on all technical matters etc.
- Cost Management Projection of resources requirement and expenses in the beginning of FY through estimation and monitoring of expenses regular basis.
