Maintenance Head Manager - Wiring Harness (9-14 yrs)
Job Description :
Designation : Head Maintenance
Experience : 8 to 16 yrs (Wiring Harness Experience is mandatory )
Location : Ranjangaon,Pune
Job Responsibilities
1) Should have knowledge about Automatic cutting and crimping machine.
2) Planning & Monitoring Maintenance Budge, Cost.
3) Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment.
4) Breakdown analysis-MTTR/MTBF, WHY- WHY analysis, 8 D reports
5) Monitoring Energy Consumption for Electrical Energy, PNG, Diesel
6) Installation of new machines and there trials.
7) Planning & controlling optimum level of inventory & spares, critical spare part management.
8) Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
9) Knowledge About electrical Maintenance.
10) Responsible for entire plant utilities and machineries maintenance
11) Good Team Player
12) Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment.
13) Planning & controlling optimum level of inventory & spares, critical spare part management.
14) Knowledge About Utility Maintenance
Salary:INR 4,75,000 - 9,75,000 P.A. Yes
