Utility Maintenance :
a) Operation & maintenance of SCADA based utility.
b) Installed Utility equipment's e.g. DG set, Air Compressor, Air dryers, AHU (Air Handling Units).
c) Installed new machines with required services.
d) Doing Utility Maintenance of DG set, Cooling towers, Air Compressor, Air Dryers, Air Conditioners, Hot water Generator, RO plant, ETP, DM Plant, STP Plant, HT& LT
e) Prepared & executed Preventive Maintenance Plan & respective checklists for Utility equipment's.
f) Keeping & monitoring data for Electricity power consumption & Diesel Consumption for DG set.
g) Maintenance spare parts management.
2) MHE :
a) Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment- s, like Crown, Diesel Forklift, Battery Forklift, Macneill, BOPT & Stacker.
b) Prepared & executed Preventive Maintenance Plan & respective checklists for MHE equipment- s
c) Organizing, planning, coordination with stores, purchase, Production.
d) Maintenance spare parts management.
3) Plant Maintenance :
a) Maintenance, Servicing, Trouble shooting of paint shop machineries like Different type of conveyors (Slate, Overhead, Roller), Paint Booth, Paint Kitchen, Electrostatic Guns, Promix Unit, Pre-treatment system, Paint Baking Ovens, Gas Burners, High Capacity Blowers, Motors & Pumps.
b) Modern Hoist (half, one, two tones capacity), Modern Technologies Component Cleaning Machines (General Purpose & Special Purpose Machine), Docking Machine, Tyre fitting Machine, Coolant filling Machine, Dc Tools & Pneumatic Tools Etc.
c) Maintenance of Plant Machineries & Operation, Predictive & Preventive maintenance Planning, Works on Machine reliability & Maintenance Prevention, Training to the operators and technicians to be an equipment competent Operators & Technicians
e) Spare planning of Critical equipment with contingency plan, Maintenance budget planning, monitoring & control.
f) New Machines Planning, Specification Defining, verification & approval of Specifications, Commissioning & trail of equipment's.
g) Energy Monitoring, Targeting, auditing & control, Energy conservation promotion and Project implementation
h) PLC & SCADA Monitoring system.
