3) Plant Maintenance :
a) Maintenance, Servicing, Trouble shooting of paint shop machineries like Different type of conveyors (Slate, Overhead, Roller), Paint Booth, Paint Kitchen, Electrostatic Guns, Promix Unit, Pre-treatment system, Paint Baking Ovens, Gas Burners, High Capacity Blowers, Motors & Pumps.
b) Modern Hoist (half, one, two tones capacity), Modern Technologies Component Cleaning Machines (General Purpose & Special Purpose Machine), Docking Machine, Tyre fitting Machine, Coolant filling Machine, Dc Tools & Pneumatic Tools Etc.
c) Maintenance of Plant Machineries & Operation, Predictive & Preventive maintenance Planning, Works on Machine reliability & Maintenance Prevention, Training to the operators and technicians to be an equipment competent Operators & Technicians
e) Spare planning of Critical equipment with contingency plan, Maintenance budget planning, monitoring & control.
f) New Machines Planning, Specification Defining, verification & approval of Specifications, Commissioning & trail of equipment's.
