Position Title : Maintenance Incharge

Location : Kandla, Gujarat

Work Experience : 6-10 years

Industry Preference : Printing/ Packaging/ Paper/ Pharma

Education Required : Graduate: B.Tech./B.E./ Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

2. Organizing routine servicing schedules. Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts and carry our scheduled maintenance to avoid the equipment breakdowns.

3. Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment's.

4. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

5. Allocating work to a team of fitters.

6. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.

7. Carrying out quality inspections.

8. Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.

9. Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. Coordinating with the Production Managers

10. Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.

Candidate Profile :

1. Must have experience of Servo, DC & AC Drives.

2. Must have basic knowledge of using computers.

3. Should be fluent in English & Hindi.

4. Should have experience 4 yrs. of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.

5. Should be willing to work independently on individual role currently and slowly can develop team of Maintenance.
