- Collaborate with customer to resolve maintenance problems and to keep process equipment

- Lead the effective execution of all plant maintenance and assigned projects, in support of Safety,

- Quality and Continuous Improvement.

- Performs all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the

- Entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability.

- Schedule and direct all maintenance personnel, coordinate maintenance schedules for the most

- effective use, coordinate the training of Maintenance Personnel, and participate in hiring and

- Disciplinary action of department personnel.

- Ensure a safe, efficient and effective use of all supervised craft resources.

- Review various reports and confer, when needed, with the Operation and Technical Manager to

- Review problems and to ensure corrective action.

- Establish priorities to minimize downtime.

- Assure, maintain, and repair all aspects of the plant equipment and facility.

- Maintain a preventive and predictive maintenance programs on all machinery, equipment, etc.,

- With documentation and records necessary to support the program.

- Coordinate maintenance department inventory system to be certain for adequate supply of material and repair parts is in stock to reduce operation downtime.

- Maintain contacts with Original Equipment Manufacturers to keep abreast of latest developments and techniques in maintenance and repair fields. Ensure that the department is trained to the latest techniques.

- Coordinate to insure the facility is constantly in a clean and safe condition.

- Enforce safety rules daily.

- Actively intervene to correct recognized unsafe actions and conditions.

- Conduct daily observations of PPE use, safe work practices adherence, and coach employees as needed.

- Ensure that all incidents, including first aid, are reported.

- Build credibility through continuous demonstration of safety as a value through personal actions.

- Complete employee development plans. Organize, communicate, and motivate employees.

- Must be able to prioritize own workday Schedule, coordinate, and direct all necessary maintenance work. Make preliminary, intermediate, and final inspection of maintenance work to insure proper workmanship, materials, and conformance to work methods and safety regulations

- B.E Mechanical/Chemical - 10-15 years of maintenance experience,
