Maintenance Manager - Adhesives/Paints/Chemicals (15-20 yrs)
Hiring for Europan MNC in to Chemicals / Paints / Adhesives
Position : Manager Maintenance
Qualification : BE Mech
Experience : 15 to 20 years in Chemicals paints/Adhesives manufacturing maintenance
- Leading a team of 8 engineers 5S audits and Kaizens, Budget monitoring & control and Inventory control for all critical spares
- Process safety Chiller, HVAC, Heat Exchanger, Blower, Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heater, Air Compressor & Dryer, RO Plant, DM Plant,
- Softening Plant, Cooling Tower, Pumps, ETP, STP, Material Handling Equipment, Workshop Equipment, Nitrogen Plant, Tank Farms, Incineration Plant. EOT, Crane, Hoist, Forklift, Fire & Safeties, Transformer, DG Sets, HT & LT Panel.
- Preventive & Break down Maintenance of Production Equipment such as Buhler Triple Roll Mill, Butter fly Mixer, Bead Mill, Varnish Reactor, Vacuum Pack, Dust Collector, Scrubber, Auto Clave, Shaping Machine, CNC Line, Furnace, Conveyors, Oven, Contra Mixer, Multipurpose Reactor, Column, PHE, Centrifuge, Blower, Vacuum system etc.
- Plant Civil Infrastructural Maintenance.
- Specialty in Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
- Spare & Inventory Control
