Responsibilities for Maintenance Manager :

1) Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

2) Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

3) Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

4) Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

5) Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, Janitors etc.)

6) Manage relationships with contractors and service provider

7) Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

8) Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality

9) Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

10) Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities

11) Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required

12) Make Diesel Budget monthly & Yearly

13) Make Power Consumption Budget monthly & yearly

14) Energy saving at Present respective Load

15) Make Daily Utility MIS report

16) Handling & Guide line give to Maint. Dept. Engineer, supervisor & Technician

17) Make preventive Maintenance Schedule

18) Reduce Breakdown time / MTTR & Increase MTBF

19) Make preventive Maintenance Schedule

19) Knowledge of DG Set, Transformers, Air Compressor, Power Factor Control Unit

20) Good Knowledge of Plant Machinery, Machine Maintenance & General maintenance.

Qualifications for Maintenance Manager :

1) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required

2) 10+ years' experience in maintenance management role

3) Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role

4) Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems

5) Ability to keep track of and report on activity

6) Experience in planning maintenance operations

7) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8) Excellent leadership and management skills

9) Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities to Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members
