Maintenance Manager - Electrical Equipment (8-15 yrs)
Any additional/special skill required :
- Hands on Experience in Inspection of electrical equipment like panels, transformers, generators, cabels etc
- Good Communication and Leadership skill
- Awareness on Quality Management System Requirement
- Awareness on Environment Management System Requirement
- EMS and OSHAS Management System Requirement
- Renewable Energy Experience will be an added advantage

Mention brief job description :
- Co coordinating with CECOER for all high voltage operations, outages, preventive and maintenances of all high voltage assets in Plant.
- Ensuring Safety of operations and maintenance, outage process follow up, corrective and preventive maintenance process, improvement of high voltage asset life through periodical inspections, QSE implementations, ISO system process through safe & economical ways.
- Regular site visits, regular up gradation and training of people at site.
- New improvement ideas, sharing of knowledge and contributing over all high voltage operations across India.
- Regular reporting of Plant high voltage assets about - daily happenings,maintenance plan, breakdown details and action taken, Coordination with KPTCL,NHAI, forest, Local panchayat and other government officials for site related issues.
- Monthly generation readings related government co ordinations, yearly CEIG inspection co ordinations.
- Ensure smooth coordination with other companies like - VESTAS and subcontracting companies in all sites for high voltage operations.
