Maintenance Manager - Fertiliser Plant (10-15 yrs)
Knowledge on - Maintenance of Large DAP plants, Ammonia storage, Cooling systems, Utilities & rotating equipment
incumbent will be heading maintenance of various utility equipment, operating various practices and procedures.
- Strong exposure with mechanical systems and its various principles.
- Maintaining adherence to all safety requirements and inspected facility.
- Delivery of large capital expenditure (CAPEX) Projects.
- Strong hands-on exp with mechanical utilities, O & M of Boiler, HVAC system, compressed air system, air compressor, DRF, HVAC and electrical system.
- Adequate exposure in PLC, different firing systems & high precision equipment & machineries.
- Strong TPM/TQM/lean engineering implementation experience.
- Ensuring high standard of MTBF and MTTR
- Specific experience preferred - Fertiliser plants
