- Heading of Maintenance & Project Departments & Responsible for Maintenance of entire plant machines & utility machines

- Overall responsibility for Plant Project activity. & implementation projects in plant.

- Heading of Project Deptt.,vendor selection & coordination, budget preparation & approval from management for all projects.

- Handling Electro-mechanical maintenance of Automatic PLC operated plant machinery & HMI based machinery

- Responsible for electro mechanical maintenance of utility equipments project installation & commissioning of Utility Machines (HT/LT Electrical power distribution system, DG Set, UPS, Steam Boiler & Thermic Fluid Boiler, HP/LP Air Compressor, Nitrogen Plant, ETP plant with scada system,RO Plant, Cooling Tower, AHU, Ventilation system, Refrigration system, Chilling plant, Cooling tower,Ice plant, Fire Fighting system, Forklift, Lift Elevators, Hand Pallet Trucks Etc.).

- Planning & Execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedule as per Scheduled plan & maintain all records. MIS Reports of Maintenance, Daily utility consumption record (power+Fuel), Daily check List, Breakdown analysis reports, Engineering MOM, SOP- s, Work Instructions, Calibration record, History Card of plant machinery & utility equipments, Capex record with Management Approvals, Shift planning of deptt. Manpower Etc.

- Project Activity planning with complete quotations study and preparing schedules of coordination with suppliers/vendors, and comparison, organizing, management approval and supervising the new installation & commissioning of plant equipments .

- Responsible for Plant Civil & Fabrication Jobs, labour contractor billings,Site job responsibility, manpower management, assigning subcontractors setting the targets for them. Achieving targeted objectives maintaining the quality.

- Responsible for Annual maintenance contract (AMC) of plant machinery & handling service provider.

- Responsible for maintaining spare parts stock of Plant M/c & Utility Machines.

- Preparation of Maintenance budget, Repair and maintenance expense monitoring, cost control, Kaizen Implementation & Energy saving projects.

- Material procurement, Inventory management, Monitoring and controlling utilities cost with KAIZEN activities.

- Manpower planning & management for projects and maintenance activities like breakdowns & preventive maintenance activity to increase plant efficiency & cost cutting of plant & utility machines. KAIZEN implementation,5 S,Six Sigma & Energy efficiency project in procees & utility.

- Handling of manpower (Engineers/Technicians/Operators) in running plant.

- Maintaining Safety & Housekeeping within the work area.

- Handling & dealing with Govt. offices for compliance act like Electrcity department, HSIDC, Fire NOC, AMC & other compliance issues as per requirements.

- Responsible for Plant fabrication Jobs Labour contractors billing. Site responsibility, manpower management, assigning subcontractors setting the targets for them. Achieving targeted objectives maintaining the quality.
