Maintenance Manager - Refrigeration Plant (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Monitoring and Controlling activity related to operation & maintenance of Refrigeration plant. (i.e. Ammonia compressors, Condensers, Cooling towers, Ammonia liquid pumps, Centrifugal pumps etc.)
- Monitoring maintenance activity of cold stores, Canning plant, Individual Quick Frozen plant (IQF) & Plate freezer. Also controlled maintenance of all types of Utilities like DG, Boiler, Water pumps etc.
- Controlled and maintained the records related to ISO 9001 : 2000 ISO 14000 (Quality Management System) HACCP and BRC.
- Handling all emergency conditions related to maintenance department.
- Work as a Quality control engineer, to check drawings, dimensions of mechanical jods like plug valves, teflon's various parts etc.
- Also experience of Plant commissioning & erection. Familiar & Trained with First aid treatment & Fire fighting extinguishers. Knowledge of Computer operation and SAP system.
- Operation & monitoring Aseptic plant.
- Engineering Purchase related all activities carried out Project related all work for Cold store and Blast freezer installation work.
- Also, applied innovative ideas when & where possible e.g. Reduced Man power by adopting max. use of Machines to reduce overall production & Maintenance cost.
