Position: Maintenance Manager/Technical manager Combine/Harvesting machine/Tractor/car

Job Description:

- Handling of Heavy Earth moving machineries like (CAT)Excavators, Dozers, Articulated Trucks, Dump Trucks, Graders & Compactors, Tractors (MF, CASE), Scrappers, Harvest machines, Generators, Pumps, Cranes and other Hydraulic machineries.

- Lead a Team of around 75+ operators, workers and staff from different nations for maintaining 5500 Ha of Shrimp Farm.

- Ensure the Fleet and Heavy equipments are available, dependable and safe at all times.

- Handling the Team of Mechanics, Technicians and workshop facilities.

- Oversee Repair & Preventative maintenance program and ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.

- Supervises fleet personnel, which includes: interviewing prospective employees; providing and/or recommending training; coordinating, scheduling and assigning

- Analyzes equipment build-up requests in order to determine specific needs and construction methodology required for optimal equipment performance and reliability.

- Transports equipment as required in the acquisition and repair of vehicles, using a tow truck, roll-back truck, or car trailer

- Coordinates the receipt and disposal of equipment in order to maximize utilization of equipment.

- Compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.

- Ensure to follow the Standard Operation Procedure, EMS, ISO and other international norms.

Desire Profile:-

- Candidate must be B.S.C. in agro / agriculture

- 3-7 year exp .

- Location : Ghana

- Salary 1500 USD per month
