Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Planner to join our team. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities to support the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of maintenance processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify all information required for work orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Monitor machinery readings daily to detect and address any abnormalities or potential issues.

Create and update job plans for preventive maintenance tasks, as well as schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Manage asset records, including creating and maintaining assets, locations, and printing barcodes for tracking purposes.

Generate work orders for upcoming maintenance services based on schedules and identified needs.

Ensure timely renewal of all maintenance contracts to maintain service agreements and prevent disruptions in maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records related to effluent and sludge trips, feeding them into the system for documentation and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

High School diploma in Mechanical or Industrial fields.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of maintenance processes and procedures.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in relevant software applications for maintenance planning and scheduling.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
