Maintenance Planning/Scheduling & Performance Engineer (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Good understanding of maintenance management approaches including preventive, proactive, condition monitoring and reliability centred (RCM) and proven experience of using performance indicators (KPIs), root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis (FMEA) tools.
- Lean Manufacturing training and qualification is desirable.
- Reasonable understanding and experience of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and process systems.
- Experience of managing people, projects and contractors.
- Experience of spare parts and inventory management, understanding of logistical requirements to optimise workforce efficiency and maintenance performance.
- Understanding of cost control and budget planning.
- Proven ability and experience as an expert in SAP PM and CMMS, preferably implementing new systems. (COSWIN 8i experience is desirable).
- Excellent MS Excel and database skills for data analysing and plotting charts.
- Practical experience of planning techniques and tools i.e. MS Project.
- Practical experience of using AutoCAD (2D drawing and schematics).
- Good professional report writing and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to organise and chair meetings.
- Reasonable understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Understanding of LOTOTO and permit to work system.
- Capacity and willingness to respond to after-hours needs (physically and remotely).
- Ability and willingness to travel (worldwide).
- Proven ability within a technical team and the ability to understand and influence their environment.
