Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Location: Kuwait

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities:

- Preventive Maintenance: Oversee and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and equipment.

- Breakdown Response: Promptly respond to breakdown calls, diagnose issues, and implement necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

- Issue Resolution: Address maintenance concerns proactively, identifying trends in breakdowns and suggesting solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

- Collaboration: Liaise effectively with Production personnel to prioritize and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Equipment Upgrades: Oversee the upgrade and installation of new equipment in the Plant as required, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Machinery Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize machinery performance, enhancing efficiency and productivity within the Plant.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in industrial settings.

- Proven expertise in preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.

- Strong analytical skills to identify and address maintenance issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements.

- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standards.
