Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years in a maintenance planning or related role
Responsibilities:
- Generate and oversee preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate the procurement of spare parts, analyzing unplanned issues and arranging materials as necessary.
- Maintain and update all relevant information in the system to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and distribute reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track maintenance activities and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the planning team to ensure alignment of maintenance schedules with operational needs.
- Facilitate effective team meetings to discuss maintenance plans, issues, and improvements.
- Provide training to users on maintenance procedures and systems as needed.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical and industrial engineering principles.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
