Job Responsibilities :

- Leading the Maintenance Team for breakdown / preventive maintenance of machinery & equipment & improving plant uptime and reduce costs.

- Focussing on identification of bottlenecks and implementation of quality & productivity initiatives in the organisation.

- Maintenance of HT, LT Panels, Transformers, Circuit Breakers, PCC- s, MCC's on PM Basis.

- Daily monitoring of units generation, SPC (Specific Power Consumption), SPG (Specific Power Generation).

- Handling HT Yard.

- Ensured 100 % equipment uptime as per the production.

- Safety Representative of Engineering Department.

- ISO - 9001, 14001, BSC and 5S Audit.

- Planning & Execution of various Capexs.

- Spare & Inventory management, repair jobs & vendor development.

- Implementation of TPM.

- Conducting in-house Training Programs on 5S, TPM, breakdown analysis and equipment like (Thermopacks, Centrifugal Pumps, Material Handling equipments and maintenance practices).

Remuneration Structure:

Overseas Salary/ Savings (Tax Free, Transferred to NRE Bank A/c in India) + monthly local salary + Bonus + Fully furnished Family accommodation + Education for 02 children in Indian Language School, Lagos + company car with driver + Domestic maid allowance + Medical + Insurance + LTA to the home country once a year with 30 days leave.
