JOB PROFILE :

- To maintain Bhiwadi Plant sparkling all the times and not just neat & clean

- To develop all administrative related SOPs, with clearly chalked out guidelines, instructions and required manuals and to ensure that these are followed in letter & spirit

- To manage the housekeeping crew for optimum efficiency

- To determine the job loading of the housekeeping team and other members of admin team

- To ensure security should be trained to act as 'Intelligence' and not only gate keepers

- To regularly train security & housekeeping personnel in etiquette, posture and behavior with internal & external customers

- To ensure assets of the company are in working, good condition at all times

- To ensure there is backup in case of any breakdown in any office equipment

- To maintain all office assets at all times, vis-a-vis their PMC, servicing, oiling, refilling, etc. activities

- To ensure there is no loss of productivity on account of assets and equipment availability

- To create a hygienic environment in the cafeteria / canteen

- To initiate new, useful tie-ups for the benefit of employees

- To provide fire-fighting training to the housekeeping team, security and employees periodically

- To ensure that the fire extinguishers are installed at all the right locations across the premises & are always in a ready-to-use condition

- To create system for preventive maintenance and ensure compliance of maintenance schedule

- To establish good rapport with local authorities such as Police, Electricity dept., HSIIDC

- To resolve employees queries proactively

- To create & maintain MIS on all assignments as per designated formats
