Manager - Administration - FMCG/Industrial/Manufacturing/Healthcare (9-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- Will be responsible for all General Administrative functions at the plant.
- Ensures proper functioning of Security and Security systems.
- Liaises with local statutory authorities.
- Ensures proper functioning of transportation facility.
- Responsible for providing uniforms to all eligible employees and safety shoes to contract workmen.
- Responsible for the maintenance of factory guest house and staff club.
- Responsible for community development in the neighborhood.
- Responsible for procurement, maintenance and repairs of furniture.
- Ensures employee welfare like organizing accident insurance, med claim.
- Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
- Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
- Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior
Essential Qualifications : PGDM/MBA, Should have in depth knowledge of IR, and labor laws
Essential Experience : 10-15 years
