Manager - Advanced Product Quality Management (2-8 yrs)
- Ensure for Product Introduction at Plant level
- Prepare approach/ strategy for system implementation
- Guide & coordinate with DMRs for IMS & AFSEM, EMS improvements. Drive improvements through strategy preparation, global weak areas identification & facilitation. Training to teams on AFSEM requirements.
- Plan, liaison & schedule external audits (IMS) with certifying body
- Prepare Improvised approach for global weak areas & guidance for NC closure
- Identify, finalize & execute TNI-TNF related to systems for plant (int./ ext.)
- Plan, schedule & present status of IMS/ AFSEM performance to Top Mgmt.
- Drive the Best Quality PU competition -Year-on-year strategy & approach formulation, seek inputs & buy off from Top Mgmt. for parameters & rating criteria.
- Liaison with BE for driving other excellence initiatives at Plant level eg. Quality System Alignment, lean, simplicity, digitization, excellence igniter etc.
