Manager/Assistant Manager - Research & Development (5-10 yrs)
Job Requirement :
- PhD in Chemistry with 5 - 10 Years of experience into Research & Development, chemical synthesis from Chemical or allied industries.
- Should have strong background in Chemistry synthesis.
- Should have good knowledge of Literature Survey
Job Role :
- Responsible for efficient project planning, execution.
- Experience in Handling air, moisture, and light sensitive reagents/reactions.
- Experience of working on various organic transformations.
- Experience in handling of atmospheric, vacuum, fractional & steam distillation and other purification techniques.
- Experience of handling Autoclave
- Worked on Kilo, Pilot and Plant Scale-up batches.
- Capable of doing independent as well as collaborative work.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Good Knowledge of Documentation
- Should have good command over computer [MS Office]
