Job Role Summary
- Ensure the quality parameters of ENA / HBS / Special Spirits / DM Water.
- Ensure the SOP adherence of blend preparation.
- Ensure timely release of batch to bottling.
- Raising the requirement of essence / flavours as per SOP.
- Ensure proper shift manpower management.
- Proper Coordination with Bottling Team
